The RESET philosophy
Not a retreat.
A turning point.
There is a difference between being comfortable and being capable.
RESET is a developing collection of bespoke experiences that combine expert mentoring, physical preparation, realistic scenario training and considered challenge. For individuals, families and teams who want more than a conventional course.
Every programme begins with a conversation. We establish your objectives, experience, limitations and desired outcomes before selecting the right environment and specialist instructors.
01 / Practical self-protection
Pressure reveals
preparation.
Realistic combatives and controlled, scenario led training focused on awareness, violence prevention, de-escalation, decision-making and proportionate self-protection.
For private individuals, family members, corporate groups and existing protective teams. Specialist delivery can be arranged through experienced instructors, including instructors experienced in realistic combatives, subject to agreement.
